Who’s the Hero in Your Story?

When many businesses and organizations tell their story they make themselves the hero. The problem with that is, you are not the hero of your customers story. Your customers are the hero of their own story.

When we tell our story each day, we see ourselves as the hero. We have problems to overcome and decisions to make. We see those that we interact with as supporting cast.

So what role does your business or organization play? Your role is that of the guide. In other words your customer is Luke Skywalker and you are Yoda.

As a guide you need to understand your customers problem, understand how it makes them feel, give them a plan, call them to action and show them what success and failure will look like. Seems pretty straight forward….right?

Stepping back and seeing your business or organization from a customers perspective can be difficult. And taking that all that information and turning it into a clear and concise message can be even harder. The Storybrand SB7 Framework will help you do that.
Learn how we can help you cut through the noise and create a clear marketing message that will help your business grow and thrive.
