Pathstone Mental Health wanted a full revamp of their website. They knew that facts were not making the impact or connection with the community that would result in donations, volunteers and most importantly providing hope and confidence to their clients.
We started with the Brand Storytelling session with staff, volunteers and parents. The session resulted in very clear direction that the Agency and Pathstone Foundation needed separate websites because the hero of each story was very different. The new agency site clearly defines what success and failure are for those families seeking help from Pathstone.
The WordPress website was completely redesigned, restructured and all content was viewed through this new Brand Storytelling lens. The new site was launched at the end of January and has had a very positive response from staff, clients and the community.
