It’s all about the customer

Let’s be honest every customer believes – “It’s all about me.” And they are 100% right.

No one cares how amazing your company is. How incredible your widget is. How you make that widget. Or how you came up with the idea for your super duper widget. Your customer only cares about ONE thing – How will there lives be better if they buy your widget. Full stop.

When you look at your marketing, are you focusing on yourself or your customer? Do you show your customers how their lives will be better if they buy your product or service? Does your story invite a customer to join in? If you aren’t then you’re likely losing out to other companies who do.
